Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia seeks an experienced Project Manager for LINT Special Projects to streamline non-commercial procurement for employee merchandise and related initiatives. This role coordinates between Lidl International and LKA, ensuring project alignment and milestone tracking across teams.

You will drive cross-category planning, standardise workflows, and manage budgets while liaising with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a multinational retailer is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across departments.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise structures and product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Central Point of Contact & Liaison between LINT, LKA and internal/external stakeholders.
• Cross-Category Project Leadership across hardlines and textile categories.
• Process Standardisation with templates, digital processes and workflows.
• Stakeholder Facilitation & Alignment across departments and international offices.
• Budget & Cost Center Oversight for WoN-based procurement initiatives.
