Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia seeks an Assistant Engagement Manager to architect and drive culture initiatives across local and global teams. You will translate workforce sentiment into a high‑performance roadmap with guidance for leadership and HR partners.

You will enable activation of company values, design engagement surveys, and coach leaders to address turnover and productivity through ROI‑driven insights. English fluency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a lead role driving culture change and employee engagement.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end international HR projects.
• Experience navigating complex international structures and securing senior leadership buy-in.
• Ability to storytelling data to communicate HR investments clearly and persuasively.
• Experience driving cultural shifts and company value rollouts across global teams.
• Understanding how engagement metrics (turnover, productivity) impact ROI.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Survey Management: design, rollout, and analysis of local and global engagement framework (Employee Engagement Survey, eNPS, offboarding surveys, Women Empowerment Study).
• Data-Driven Insight & Action: track, measure, and analyze employee behaviors and sentiment; translate data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Cultural Champion & Activation: shape and promote company values via LOS Site Campaign; design activation strategies for global consistency.
• Events & Activity Management: collaborate with a project team to plan and execute engagement activities aligned with corporate DNA.
• Leadership Coaching: mentor managers on interpreting engagement data and leading teams through cultural shifts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D to embed insights in the employee lifecycle and employer brand.
• Global Stakeholder Management: be the central contact for offshore country management regarding HQ engagement initiatives.
