Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Documents Clerk in Singapore to handle import/export documentation, customs filings, and freight coordination.

You will liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders and overseas partners to ensure accurate HS codes and vessel nominations are completed on time. This full-time role offers a 9:00am–6:00pm workday, Monday to Friday, at Pandan Loop, with duties spanning rate sourcing and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth logistics

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of Shipping Documents (Import/Export, Back to Back & Transhipment) including D/O, Invoices, COO (FTA), etc
• Customs Permit Declaration & CNB Licence Application
• Liaise and coordinate with Warehouse, Freight Forwarders & Liners
• Source for competitive freight rates
• Liaise with overseas customers/suppliers and work closely with various departments
• Checking of HS Codes
• Checking and accepting of vessel nomination
• Liaise with overseas customers
