Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Assistant to support daily import/export logistics at Woodlands Link. You will handle shipment documents, coordinate with the warehouse, and liaise with freight forwarders to secure cargo space and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires relevant experience in shipping coordination and familiarity with customs procedures. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, with a competitive monthly salary of SGD 2,300–3,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping coordination and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documents to facilitate customs clearance.
• Coordinate with warehouse for export/import preparation.
• Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangements.
• Resolve issues or discrepancies during the shipping process.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns or exchanges.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates.
• Advise on freight costs to sales department.
• Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
