Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to handle shipping duties, prepare invoices and packing lists, and process certificates for shipments to various countries.

The role requires 1 year shipping/logistics experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificates. Working days are Monday to Friday, with location in Jurong West and a salary of SGD 2,800–3,100 plus SGD 90 transport allowance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries.
