Qualifications

• 1–3 years in shipping, logistics or freight operations.
• Familiar with import/export docs and customs procedures.
• Strong communication and organization skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, permits, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Track and update shipment status in the system.
• Manage import and export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve shipping issues, delivery delays, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports as required.
