Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd, Singapore, is seeking an experienced Shipping Executive to support daily import/export operations, shipping documentation and coordination with internal and external parties.

You will handle shipment arrangements, prepare documents, liaise with freight forwarders, TradeNet permits, customs clearance, and monitor schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with Singapore procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of shipping or import/export experience.
• Familiar with shipping documentation, TradeNet and Singapore Customs procedures.
• Experience in food manufacturing or food trading advantageous.
• Knowledge of SFA requirements advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily import and export shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and check shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, COO and permits.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, suppliers and customers.
• Handle TradeNet permit applications and support customs clearance.
• Monitor shipment schedules, deliveries and shipment status.
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Production, Procurement and Sales.
• Maintain accurate shipping and import/export records.
• Check freight charges and supporting shipping documents.
