Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and update shipment information, container details, and billing records.
• Assist in checking, preparing, and processing shipping documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, vendors, and customers on shipment updates.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Assist with permit declarations and document submissions.
• Monitor vessel schedules and escalate delays when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
