Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Operations Executive to coordinate tank movements, liaise with the depot for schedules, and support billing processes. The role is based at 200 Cantonment Rd, Singapore 089763, working five days a week from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Maritime Studies or Logistics, with at least 1 year in shipping; entry level applicants are welcome as training is provided. Salary ranges from $2,700 to $3,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies / Logistics in shipping discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in shipping industry (internship included).
• Entry level is welcome as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Depot for tank details, schedules, movements and updates.
• Keep track and raise summary of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) for billing purposes.
• Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by departmental head.
