Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to oversee all shipping processes in Kallang. You’ll manage custom declarations, coordinate with various teams, and handle import shipment documentation.

This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in air and sea freight logistics. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm and Saturdays from 8.00am to 12.00pm. A competitive salary range between $2500 to $2800 is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping coordination and customs declaration.
• Ability to manage shipment arrangements for air and sea freight.
• Competence in preparing and checking import shipment documents.

Responsibilities

• Process custom declaration and bill of landing.
• Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and shipping agents.
