Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing and overseas operations.
• Knowledge on Electron Microscopes/Mass Spectrometers/NMR/Electron Lithography Systems.
• Extensive travel expected.
• Excellent customer relationship skills; customer focused and result oriented.
• Excellent communication, self-motivated and problem solving attitude.
• Japanese language essential to support Japanese customers and HQ in Japan.
• Prepare and review the annual budget for area of responsibility.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage representatives in the territory including forecast, business plans and follow-up on opportunities.
• Prepare and present technical sales presentations to customers' decision makers to promote company products.
