Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Singapore seeks a Senior Staff Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to commercialization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that help our customers make the world healthier and safer.

Working closely with R&D, Operations, and Product Management, you’ll oversee execution, governance, budgets, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in program management in complex technical environments.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience managing budgets and resources across multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program execution from concept through delivery and commercialization.
• Establish and maintain program governance, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, and Product Management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk.
• Shape product roadmaps and drive timely launches across global teams.
