Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an EHS specialist to drive safety, environmental compliance and wellbeing across our Singapore site. You will develop and implement robust EHS programs, lead risk assessments and investigations, and serve as a trusted advisor to managers across functions.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, EHS discipline, and certification; prior experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, Science, or a related discipline.
• Certified Workplace Safety Officer is a MUST.
• Relevant EHS certification/registration preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, pharma, or lab environments.

• Ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and serve as advisor to leadership.
• Collaborate across departments and drive risk management and continuous improvement.
