Job summary

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd is recruiting a Global SuccessFactors Project and Functional Lead to drive a strategic global SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme. You will partner with HR, IT, vendors and regional teams to manage large-scale HR digital initiatives from strategy through deployment and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in HR technology or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record leading global SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of global SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Drive consolidation of HRIS platforms into a single global SuccessFactors landscape.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance and executive reporting.
• Coordinate HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, Legal and partners across regions.
• Provide guidance across modules and oversee implementation, stabilization and support.
