Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the sales support sector in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for client communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales inquiries via phone, email and other channels to address client needs.
• Prepare electronic quotations and manage follow-ups on sales matters.
• Develop strong customer relationships to drive long-term business retention and timely reporting.
• Assist Outdoor Sales in identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance and customer service.
• Coordinate with international teams and clients to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Support the Manager and Inside Sales team with urgent tasks as needed.
