Job summary

Geodis in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to strengthen our freight forwarding solutions. You will oversee multi-country opportunities, respond to RFQs, and quote in line with CS SOP and industry policies to ensure compliance and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Operations and Business Development to maximize profitability, ensure billing accuracy, and drive standardized pricing and EDI compliance across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in freight forwarding or related field.
• Pro-active and solution oriented.
• Team player with hands-on attitude.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business solutions.
• Strong objective setting and follow-through.
• Independent and able to work in virtual teams.
• Flexible, well organized, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi-country opportunities.
• Support global RFQs and provide quotations aligned to freight needs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry policies.
• Contribute to KPI development for auto-rating and quoting efficiency.
• Align Operations and Business Development for profitability and billing accuracy.
• Drive processes with EDI Core team and BPO as a Key User.
