Job summary

Noah Agencies 'N' Marine Services Pte Ltd is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Singapore. You will provide sales support to the sales team, process orders, quotations and shipping documents, and liaise with customers to ensure smooth order flow.

Responsibilities include handling all aspects of sales orders, delivery orders and invoices, stock checks, and responding to customer enquiries. Training will be provided and local hiring is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACCPAC or any order processing knowledge is an advantage.
• Export/import knowledge, Incoterms and shipping documents.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, cheerful disposition and customer oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Training will be provided.
• Singaporean/PR only.
• Employment Pass need not apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the sales team.
• Process orders, quotations and shipping (export shipments).
• Liaise with customers.
• Handle all aspects of sales orders, delivery orders and invoices.
• Stock checking.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow-up enquiries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
