Job summary

JERA Global Markets Group (JERAGM) is seeking an experienced Rewards professional to join the HR team at either Rewards Specialist or Manager level. The role offers autonomy across remuneration planning, benefits strategy and global workforce initiatives within a fast-paced trading environment.

You will lead benchmarking activities, governance processes and cost modelling while collaborating with Finance, HR Operations and senior leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–8 years of progressive experience in compensation or a Rewards role.
• Experience supporting Remuneration Committee materials and governance processes.
• Experience in HR budgeting, financial modelling and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Remuneration Committee and compensation review cycle with stakeholders.
• Conduct market benchmarking using salary surveys and present board-ready findings.
• Manage compensation structures, job grades and salary bands.
• Design, administer and review annual incentive and bonus arrangements.
• Support hiring, promotions, retention and organisational changes with data-driven recommendations.
• Deliver HR cost reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.
