Job summary

Dyson is seeking a proactive Retail Operator to lead global retail process improvements and drive efficiencies across markets. You will manage POS rollouts, inventory workflows, and operational enhancements while collaborating with store managers and cross-functional teams.

You will design and deliver practical training materials, track adoption and KPIs, and ensure readiness for changes in fast-paced retail environments. A strong communication style and change-management mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in global retail training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Retail industry experience is essential.
• 5+ years in retail operations, process improvement, or change management.
• Strong understanding of retail systems and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with adoption metrics experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale global retail processes across markets.
• Drive adoption of new processes with minimal disruption.
• Conduct readiness checks and create actionable plans.
• Facilitate workshops with store managers and teams.
• Create training and communication materials; deliver training.
• Monitor adoption rates and KPIs post-implementation.
• Be the process owner for cross-functional impacts.
