Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Retail Production & Roll-Out to lead scalable, cost-conscious retail investments across markets. You will own rollout governance, vendor performance, and cross-functional alignment with Global Retail, Procurement, Retail Design, and Markets.

You will drive strategy, standards, and execution excellence, ensuring brand-aligned, high-quality store rollouts while optimizing cost and speed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail operations, store development, production, rollout, or project delivery.
• Experience leading multi-country retail rollout programs.
• Experience managing global supplier networks and complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience working in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Production & Roll-Out Strategy with global standards and governance.
• Own vendor strategy, performance reviews, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Provide strategic oversight of the rollout portfolio across markets.
• Oversee end-to-end rollout delivery, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead investment governance of budgets, forecasts, and planning.
• Drive fixture excellence and scalable, cost-effective production solutions.
