Qualifications

• 5–10 years in retail operations, retail excellence, retail transformation or store leadership roles.
• Experience in premium, luxury, lifestyle, consumer technology or omni‑channel retail environments preferred.
• Proven experience partnering across multiple markets or regions.
• Experience driving retail transformation, process improvement or large‑scale change initiatives.
• Exposure to retail technology, store systems and omnichannel operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent execution of Dyson retail standards across all markets.
• Develop and maintain global retail operating frameworks, playbooks and SOPs.
• Establish governance processes to ensure operational compliance and execution excellence.
• Partner with markets to identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse retail KPIs including sales productivity, conversion, ATV, UPT, traffic and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities to improve retail performance and customer outcomes.
• Lead regular business reviews with markets and recommend performance improvement actions.
• Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that improve decision making and visibility.
• Champion a shopper‑first approach across all retail initiatives.
• Identify friction points across the customer journey and drive improvements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance omni‑channel services and experiences.
• Support the implementation of customer‑focused initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction and conversion.
• Support rollout and adoption of retail technology solutions including POS systems, payment solutions, loyalty programmes and in‑store digital tools.
• Act as a key liaison between markets, IT and Retail Solutions teams.
• Drive change management and user adoption for new retail systems and capabilities.
• Ensure retail technology supports operational efficiency and customer experience objectives.
• Partner with Retail Activation and VM teams to ensure flawless execution of global campaigns, product launches and seasonal activations.
• Drive consistency of visual merchandising standards across global markets.
• Support market readiness for key retail initiatives and NPD launches.
• Monitor execution quality and identify opportunities to improve in‑store impact.
