Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP is seeking a proactive retail professional to lead global retail experience projects. You will research, propose, and prepare plans for initiatives deployed across CHARLES & KEITH stores worldwide, and develop plans to elevate customer interaction and create memorable shopping experiences.

You will analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative, customer-centric experiences aligned with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Visual Communication or related field.
• 3+ years experience in retail, visual merchandising and project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Applications.

Responsibilities

• Research, propose, and prepare comprehensive plans for retail experience projects globally.
• Develop global retail engagement plans to enhance customer interaction.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative experiences.
• Explore and recommend digital transformation tools for retail experiences and efficiency.
• Collaborate on assets, guidelines, and SOPs to ensure global execution consistency.
• Stay informed on retail, technology and consumer trends to contribute improvement ideas.
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising for successful project implementation.
• Support communication practices aligning with brand strategy and store experience.
