You will analyze market trends, propose digital tools, and collaborate with marketing and merchandising to ensure consistent global execution aligned with brand strategy. Strong visual communication and project management skills are essential.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, visual merchandising, and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop).
• Strong visual communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with CHARLES & KEITH products and brand positioning preferred.
• Keen interest in retail trends and digital tools that enhance user experience.
• Uphold grooming and behavior standards that align with CHARLES & KEITH brand identity.
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable to evolving retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research and prepare comprehensive plans for global retail experience projects.
• Develop global retail engagement plans to enhance customer interaction.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior for innovative experiences.
• Explore digital transformation tools to improve retail experiences and efficiency.
• Collaborate in creating assets, guidelines, and SOPs for global execution.
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising for project implementation.
• Support communications aligned with brand strategy.
• Take on additional initiatives as priorities evolve.
