Job summary

The National University of Singapore (NUS) Medicine invites a junior, support-focused professional to join the Research Partnerships and Intelligence team. You’ll assist with international partnerships, cross-border coordination, and stakeholder engagement across East Asia.

Regular regional and international travel is part of the role. Under supervision, you’ll handle data collection, tracking, and administrative duties while contributing to alignment with university priorities and flagship

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with up to around 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for regional partner communications.
• Comfortable with data handling, analysis, and coordinating events and cross-border projects.
• Exposure to partnerships, business development or international engagement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data gathering and background research on partner institutions and funding landscapes.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling and meeting arrangements.
• Assist with planning delegations, visits, and hospitality for guests and partners.
• Support stakeholder communications with internal teams and external partners.
• Track progress on initiatives and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Support regional travel and on-ground engagement activities.
