Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping Android apps.
• Strong Kotlin expertise and modern Android architecture.
• Proven leadership and ability to own large features end-to-end.
• Experience with MVVM, Jetpack, and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex technical initiatives across the Android platform from ideation to delivery.
• Define and evolve app architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead by example with high-quality, well-tested code.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, cloud, and embedded teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Influence technical direction and standards through reviews and RFCs.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate new tools and approaches to boost engineering effectiveness.
• Contribute to roadmap planning with technical insight and delivery estimates.
