Qualifications

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
• MBA/BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2+ years of relevant work experience in reference data operations or customer service; 2+ years preferred.
• Reviewing issuer sites, exchange notices, and regulatory documents.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured, fluid environment.
• Ability to distill large amounts of varied information into specific takeaways.
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with others.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, collate and transform reference data for simple structures/events in either the primary market or the secondary market provided in legal/financial documents.
• Own end-to-end equity reference data lifecycle: onboarding of new securities, data maintenance, change management, and archival.
• Manage corporate actions impacts on reference data (splits, name changes, mergers, spin-offs).
• Operate robust SLAs for timeliness, completeness, and data quality; drive near-real-time updates where applicable.
• Use ML/NLP/LLM techniques with human-in-the-loop approach to deliver high accuracy, timely securities data.
• Make sound, subjective decisions when interpreting legal and financial information using subject matter expertise.
• Procure required documents and trusted content via internet searches and outreach to issuers/bond counsel.
• Provide customer support with the DSG team for ICE products by resolving inquiries promptly.
• Identify trends/causes of incomplete data and stay current with financing techniques impacting coverage.
• Research market initiatives, regulatory updates, and competitive trends; share insights with Product/Sales/Business teams.
• Apply problem-solving to resolve data quality issues and improve processes.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to optimize processes and improve data quality.
• Communicate with market participants to procure reference data content and resolve discrepancies.
