Job summary

Responsibilities

Analyze, interpret, collate and transform reference data from legal/financial documents and third party reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Provide customer support by resolving inquiries promptly.
Craft external facing responses with clear restatements, analysis and methodology when needed.
Obtain required documents and trusted content via outreach to issuers and bond counsel.
Identify data quality trends and propose workflow improvements.
Create charts, graphs and presentations for leadership teams.
Utilize Excel to organize and analyze reference data.
