Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to research, analyze, interpret, transform and present reference data for Equity and Funds securities across Global markets. The role emphasizes English and Vietnamese language handling and requires mastering our data databases during a two-month training program.

The role involves end-to-end reference data lifecycle management, corporate actions, SLA adherence, and collaboration with DSG for customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Vietnamese proficiency is an advantage.
• MBA/BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2+ years in reference data operations or customer service; 2+ years preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, fluid environment.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, collate and transform reference data for simple structures/events in primary or secondary markets.
• Own end-to-end equity reference data lifecycle: onboarding, data maintenance, change management, archival.
• Manage corporate actions impacts on reference data (splits, name changes, mergers, spin-offs).
• Operate robust SLAs for timeliness, completeness and data quality; drive near-real-time updates where applicable.
• Apply ML/NLP/LLM techniques with human-in-the-loop to deliver accurate, timely data to downstream teams.
• Procure required documents using internet searches and outreach to issuers, underwriters, etc.
• Provide customer support with the DSG team for ICE products by resolving inquiries timely.
• Identify trends in data quality and stay current with financing techniques impacting coverage.
• Research market initiatives, regulatory updates, and communicate insights to Product, Sales, and Business teams.
