Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Vietnamese language ability is an advantage.
• MBA/BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2+ years of relevant work experience in reference data operations or customer service; 2+ years preferred.
• Reviewing issuer sites, exchange notices, and regulatory documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to distill large amounts of varied information into specific takeaways.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills; eager to learn and collaborate.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, collate and transform reference data from documents and reports.
• Own end-to-end equity reference data lifecycle: onboarding, maintenance, change management and archival.
• Manage corporate actions impacts on reference data (splits, name changes, mergers, spin-offs).
• Operate SLAs for timeliness, completeness and data quality; drive near-real-time updates where applicable.
• Apply ML/NLP/LLM techniques with human-in-the-loop approach to deliver accurate data.
• Provide customer support for ICE products by resolving inquiries and performing analysis.
• Identify trends and data quality issues; suggest process improvements.
• Research market initiatives and communicate insights to Product, Sales and Business teams.
