Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA/BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2+ years of relevant work experience in reference data operations or customer service.
• 2+ years relevant experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of analytical skills.
• Ability to distill large amounts of varied information into takeaways.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, collate and transform reference data from documents.
• Own end-to-end equity reference data lifecycle: onboarding, maintenance, change management, archival.
• Manage corporate actions impacts on reference data.
• Operate SLAs for timeliness, completeness, and data quality.
• Use ML/NLP/LLM techniques with human-in-the-loop to deliver accurate data.
• Make sound decisions when interpreting legal/financial information.
• Procure documents and content via internet searches and outreach to issuers.
• Provide customer support for ICE products with DSG team to resolve inquiries.
• Identify trends in data quality and stay current with market techniques.
• Research market initiatives and communicate insights to Product, Sales, and Business teams.
• Apply problem-solving to data quality issues and process improvements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to optimize processes and data quality.
• Communicate with market participants to procure data and resolve discrepancies.
