Job summary

Cognition in Singapore is seeking a highly organized, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across our international markets. Based in Singapore, you will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and global People Ops teams to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations.
Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Ashby preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Professional, discreet, and confident working with confidential information.
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan and MENA across time zones.
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates in international markets.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience from contact to offer.
Track candidate progress in the ATS with accurate data updates.
Assist recruiters with interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination.
