Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver project administration and coordination across the program, helping teams stay organized and ensure effective delivery.

You will manage day-to-day coordination, workshops, travel logistics, onboarding/offboarding support, and IT access coordination, working across regional teams in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, program coordination or team administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience coordinating workshops, meetings, travel arrangements and stakeholder activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and administration support to program teams.
• Coordinate activities across regional teams, including workshops, working sessions, stakeholder meetings and program events.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, contact lists, meeting records and other working documents.
• Track and follow up on project deliverables and actions to support timely completion against program timelines.
• Follow up on decisions, outstanding information and actions across project teams.
• Support teams in following agreed project processes and governance requirements.
