beIN MEDIA GROUP is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to drive the end-to-end migration of a local legacy app to a unified global platform. You will coordinate with global engineering, QA, and product teams, ensuring regional requirements are captured and issues are prioritized across time zones.

You will write migration stories, validate with structured UAT, and produce dashboards that track status, risk and readiness for stakeholders across Android, iOS, Web and TV platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in product operations, business analysis, QA, or related digital product roles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Experience working across Android, iOS, Web and TV platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end operational processes for migrating local legacy app to the global platform.
• Perform gap analyses comparing local vs global platforms across ecosystems (iOS, Android, Web, TV).
• Schedule and align with remote global teams across time zones to represent regional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal and external partners for alignment.
• Design structured UAT frameworks and prioritize migration bugs in the backlog.
• Maintain migration roadmaps, issue tracking, and launch runbooks as truth source.
• Write clear migration requirements and acceptance criteria for global teams.
• Analyze user behavior data and surface insights to inform product decisions.
• Deliver regular status reports and act as bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
