Job summary

You will build a regional capability, govern service delivery, and drive data‑driven transformation.

Lead diverse teams, advance AI and automation responsibly, and partner with global product and country teams to optimize the employee and customer experience across Asia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in people services, HR ops or shared services in regional/multi-national environment.
• Experience designing regional operating models and governance.
• Strong expertise in performance, process optimization, org design, change leadership, risk and stakeholder mgmt.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of labor, regulatory, data and cultural considerations across Asian markets.
• Excellent executive communication and problem-solving.

• Own and translate the Asia service strategy into regional roadmap and operating model.
• Improve service performance, governance, and risk management across Asia.
