Job summary

Deel is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with go-to-market teams and support enterprise opportunities. You will translate client needs into scalable, compliant technical solutions and lead discovery, demos, and integration workshops across stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to accelerate deals, develop enablement assets, and articulate strong value messaging. This role requires travel and a startup‑minded, customer‑obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles including discovery, demos, security reviews, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems).
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR and business leaders.
• Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less).
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, always focusing on customer value.
• Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Collaborative, team-player mindset is essential.
• Adaptable to a start-up, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our go-to-market teams to showcase Deel’s platform value and deliver technical wins.
• Consult with prospective customers to map current processes, identify gaps, and propose optimized future-state solutions.
• Lead technical conversations during sales cycles, including discovery, RFP responses, platform demos, and integration workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable design and implementation recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to address questions and accelerate deal velocity.
• Develop and maintain technical enablement assets like demos, discovery frameworks, reference architectures, and FAQs.
• Support partnerships and marketing-led initiatives (webinars, events, content, joint workshops).
• Stay current on technology trends, security, compliance, and best practices to maintain credibility.
