Job summary

Deel is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients. You will manage senior client relationships, own a portfolio of strategic accounts, and tailor delivery approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Operations to influence roadmaps and drive successful onboarding, ensuring milestones are met in a fast-paced environment. This role offers stock-based rewards and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• 3+ years in an implementation role for a B2B SaaS product (HR, Payroll, Finance).
• Strong ability to manage multiple enterprise projects and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for complex, high-value enterprise clients.
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts with onboarding requirements and drive plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Tailor the project approach to each client’s context while ensuring timelines and success metrics.
• Identify and mitigate onboarding risks, escalating issues to leadership as needed.
• Contribute to product and operations feedback to influence roadmaps.
• Help improve processes and playbooks for scalable delivery.
