Who We Are Is What We Do.

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. Our vision is to unlock global opportunity for every person, team, and business. Built for the way the world works today, Deel combines HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management into one seamless platform. With AI-powered tools and a fully owned payroll infrastructure, Deel supports every worker type in 150+ countries—helping businesses scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly.

Among the largest globally distributed companies in the world, our team of 7,000 spans more than 100 countries, speaks 74 languages, and brings a connected and dynamic culture that drives continuous learning and innovation for our customers.

Why should you be part of our success story?

As the fastest-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company in history, Deel is transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies – breaking down borders that have traditionally limited both hiring and career opportunities. We're not just building software; we're creating the infrastructure for the future of work, enabling a more diverse and inclusive global economy. Our momentum is reflected in our achievements and customer satisfaction: CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, Deloitte Fast 500, and repeated recognition on Y Combinator's top companies list – all while maintaining a 4.83 average rating from 15,000 reviews across G2, Trustpilot, Captera, Apple and Google.

Your experience at Deel will be a career accelerator. At the forefront of the global work revolution, you'll tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives. With our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.

The Analyst, ORAIE is a hands-on operator in Deel's Operational Risk Management (ORM) team. This is not a traditional risk analyst role. It is a fast solutioner role with an operational lens, where risk is the canvas and problem-solving with AI tools is the operating mode. The role focuses on owning workstreams and incidents end to end, building the AI and low-code automation the enterprise needs, and delivering outcomes that stand up to enterprise scrutiny.

Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day execution of Deel's Operational Risk Management workstreams such as Operational Resilience, Product Ops and Third-Party.
  • Turn framework artifacts (policies, procedures, guidance) into operating tools the business actually uses.
  • Drive risk assessments, control identification, and evidence collection end to end. Do not wait for handoffs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional risk sessions directly, prepare structured pre-reads, and land action items with owners.
  • Build and maintain the data, KRIs, and dashboards your workstream needs. If the automation does not exist, build it.
  • Drive open risks and issues to written closure. Documentation and evidence come from execution rather than coordination.
  • Produce leadership-ready risk analysis and reporting that lands the first time.
  • Own the accuracy and timing of your reporting. Fix the source over the symptom.
  • Embed operational risk into product and engineering change initiatives from the start.
  • Research and integrate emerging operational risks into the workstreams you own.
  • Promote consistent operating discipline through written updates, reusable tooling, and clear documentation.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years operating in operational risk, business operations, RevOps, or top-tier consulting. Financial services background is desirable; we are looking for operator shape over risk pedigree.
  • Curiosity about risk and the operational problems it exposes (bad process, missed signals, broken accountability). Hands-on experience with operational risk programs including RCSAs, KRIs, incident management, third-party risk, operational resilience, or change risk management. Familiarity with any of these is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience managing structured risk data and analytical skills to identify patterns and trends.
  • Daily use of AI tools in your workflow (Claude, agent platforms, Cursor, or equivalent). Fluency, not experimentation. Any active portfolio would be a big plus.
  • Comfort in low-code environments (Zapier, Workbench, or similar). Ability to script when needed (Python, SQL basics).
  • Clear written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholder interactions.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ORM, CRISC, FRM) are desirable but not required.
