Job summary

Deel is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (Delivery) for the APAC region. You will drive payroll discovery, readiness validation, and a smooth sales-to-delivery handover across Asia-Pacific, ensuring accurate client payroll landscapes for Onboarding and Project Managers.

Collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Product will be essential. The role emphasizes proactive risk identification, clear documentation, and enabling scalable payroll growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in APAC payroll implementation, global payroll operations, or pre-sales.
• Strong payroll knowledge across APAC jurisdictions is required.
• Experience with multi-country payroll complexity and regional statutory obligations.
• Understanding of HRIS/HCM integrations and related tooling.
• Excellent documentation and handover discipline.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll discovery sessions across APAC with prospective and newly signed customers.
• Create delivery-ready handover packs for Onboarding/Project Managers.
• Support Sales on complex global payroll opportunities with payroll and delivery expertise.
• Lead country spotlight and enablement sessions with APAC Payroll teams.
• Document risks, dependencies, and constraints clearly for delivery teams.
