Job summary

Mitrade is seeking a Payments Operations Coordinator to support the Payment Director in daily operations and strategic projects across multiple markets. You will coordinate with payment providers, internal teams, and regulators to ensure smooth processing and continuous improvements in performance and reliability.

The role requires strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex onboarding and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payment operations.
• Knowledge of PSPs, acquiring banks, bank transfers, cards, wallets and local payment methods.
• Experience managing payment providers and operational workflows.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Technology teams on payment integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment operations and resolve issues across multiple markets.
• Lead assigned payment projects, coordinating with providers and internal teams.
• Support onboarding and relationship management with payment providers.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to integrate new payment methods and improvements.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and Support teams on payment issues and requirements.
• Monitor payment performance metrics and drive improvements in success rates and user experience.
• Develop and maintain a centralized documentation repository for payment processes.
