Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals; backend with Go/Java/Python/C++.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Independently design, develop and deliver modules in complex business scenarios.
• Strong ownership, self-motivation, and collaboration.
• Experience working with global, cross-region teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize core systems for Global Payment compliance platform.
• Build scalable backend services to support KYC, AML, sanctions screening.
• Contribute to architecture with AI, LLMs, RAG, knowledge bases, and workflows.
• Develop AI-assisted review capabilities to improve efficiency and decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs, policy, operations, risk, and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Improve system stability, observability, testing, and incident remediation.
• Translate complex compliance workflows into reusable platform capabilities.
• Participate in planning, design reviews, and project execution.
