Job summary

SingHealth's International Collaboration Office seeks a Manager to support data management and operational duties for ICO Directors and country managers. You will nurture stakeholder relationships and help manage project resources across international partnerships in research, education, policy and capacity building, with a focus on ASEAN.

The role involves data security, records management, grant documentation, budgeting support and cross-cultural coordination in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of working experience.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with data analysis and PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage department-wide data and partner database; maintain accuracy.
• Document agreements and contracts; compile departmental statistics.
• Support data security measures and knowledge management system maintenance.
• Contribute to strategic plans, data collection and analysis, and event coordination.
• Assist country managers on capacity-building projects in ASEAN; monitor & evaluate programs.
• Provide administrative and logistical support; coordinate with stakeholders for project delivery.
