SingHealth Group's International Collaboration Office (ICO) seeks an Assistant Director to shape global partnerships across service, education, and research. You will lead a small team, develop international programmes, and drive strategic alliances with partners such as regional institutions to deliver impact.

You will manage a portfolio of funded projects, monitor outcomes, and oversee budgets while coordinating with clinical leaders and project directors to meet objectives and sustain

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in programme or project management, including budget and stakeholder management.
• Experience working across cultures and with international partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage international healthcare programmes from proposal through implementation.
• Coordinate with project directors and clinical leaders to ensure objectives are met and outcomes monitored.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across assigned territories and with partners like Duke-NUS and regional institutions.
• Oversee a portfolio of third-party funded projects with timely deliverables and resource coordination.
• Develop monitoring systems, budgets, funding proposals, and partnerships to sustain programme impact.
