Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) invites a Manager to join the International Collaboration Office (ICO). You will support global health partnerships spanning research, education, training, policy, and capacity building across the ASEAN region.

Responsibilities include data management, maintaining partner databases, tracking agreements, supporting budget and events, and coordinating with country managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of working experience.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; additional languages advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-cultural settings.
• Occasional overseas travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Support department-wide data and records management and partner database maintenance.
• Assist in documentation of agreements and contracts and compile departmental statistics.
• Support data security measures and maintain the knowledge management system.
• Develop strategic plans, collect and analyze data, provide operational support to ICO Directors.
• Coordinate major events and assist with capacity-building projects across ASEAN with country managers.
• Monitor project expenditures, assist in budget proposals and track resource allocation.
