Job summary

SingHealth seeks a Senior Manager for the Global Health Office to lead operations and coordinate across SingHealth institutions and the SDGHI. You will act as a bridge among offices and partners to advance global health activities and ensure compliant practices.

The role includes supervising administrative staff, guiding project development, and supporting fundraising and capacity-building efforts, with emphasis on collaboration across multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of exposure in healthcare or a related industry, with at least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong people development and management skills with reasonable project management capabilities.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Culturally sensitive with ability to collaborate across organizations and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between SingHealth institutions and the SDGHI, including cores and regional centers.
• Plan and execute global health activities in collaboration with partner entities.
• Provide oversight of administrative and operational staff, and support staff development and training.
