Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a Manager for the International Collaboration Office to support data management, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across ASEAN. You will help coordinate capacity-building projects, maintain partner databases, and support ICO Directors and country managers in executing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of working experience.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages beyond English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage department-wide data and records, maintain partner database and document agreements and contracts.
• Assist in developing strategic plans, data collection/analysis, and support ICO Directors and country managers.
• Coordinate capacity-building projects across ASEAN, monitor progress, and provide administrative/logistical support.
