You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to operational standards while maintaining strong executive communication and risk controls in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience in supporting Capital Markets, Derivatives Settlements, Margining platforms.
• Ability to lead and manage teams with budget and planning responsibilities.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving IT service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTC Derivatives and MONET stakeholders globally servicing Markets Operations.
• Operate as the Asia lead and single point of escalations for MO and BO stakeholders in the region for Markets Operations Tech Applications during the ASIA time zone.
• Demonstrates understanding of how apps support integrates within the technology function to achieve objectives.
• Vendor relationship management including oversight for offshore managed services.
• Improve the service level by optimizing incident and problem management and knowledge sharing.
• Guide development teams on application stability and supportability improvements.
• Formulate and implement a framework for managing capacity, throughput and latency.
• Define and implement onboarding guidelines and standards for applications.
• Coach team members to maximize potential and work effectively in a highly integrated team environment.
• Drive cost reductions and efficiencies across portfolios via RCA, knowledge management, and training.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and manage pay increases and terminations.
• Participate in business review meetings aligning technology to business needs.
• Ensure adherence to support processes and drive continuous improvement across the program.
• Communicate with senior leaders and possibly external parties, reinforcing governance and risk controls.
• Perform other duties and manage risk with ethical conduct and compliance.
