Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage customer orders, respond to enquiries, and support order-to-cash processes. You will be the main contact to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and customers are well supported.

You will coordinate with sales, logistics and operations, track orders, prepare quotations and documents, and handle service recovery with a customer-first approach. Office hours are Monday to Friday in a central location near MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Experience in customer service, order management or sales administration.
• Familiar with ERP or order management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Meticulous with strong follow-through.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Customer-focused team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Respond to customer enquiries on orders, delivery, pricing and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and operations teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Track open orders and proactively flag issues and delays.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents.
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order data.
• Support inventory reconciliation and order-to-cash activities.
• Prepare regular customer service reports.
• Support ad hoc sales and administrative tasks.
