Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented junior administrator to join our operations team. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, maintain records, and support sales activities onsite.

The role emphasizes Excel-driven reporting, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely updates across our systems. A Diploma or similar qualification and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up on outstanding issues, and work with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with end users and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
• Attend to daily enquiries regarding handset pricing, billing, and handset familiarisation.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage onsite mobile handset inventory and update stock records.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Coordinate with our Indoor Sales Support, 4C, and Customer Service Operations to support sales activities.
• Manage customer emails, portal updates, and system tickets, including tracking, follow-up, and closure.
• Maintain ticket data in Excel and prepare weekly activity updates using PowerPoint.
• Support onsite network troubleshooting and antenna installation coordination when required.
• Create invoices and upload purchase orders through Taulia for payment processing.
• Upload end-user contact details to the customer's Yammer portal.
