Job summary

Sun Life Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional for a 12-month contract to support onboarding high-net-worth clients and manage the case setup and new business process. You will collaborate with the Partner Support team to ensure accurate, rapid movement of cases in a global, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3 years of life insurance operations experience, strong Mandarin fluency with English, and a Bachelor’s degree or LOMA-type designation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience in life insurance operations, preferably in the high-net-worth market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry designations (LOMA, etc.).
• Mandarin fluency is strongly desired along with English

Responsibilities

• Case setup and New Business processing: read emails/broker memos, input data into systems, prepare cases for underwriting, review new business requirements.
• Client Due Diligence: perform name screening and AML/CFT procedures.
