Collaboration with Partner Support and Compliance is essential to meet risk guidelines. The role requires Mandarin proficiency, 3 years’ life-insurance operations experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or LOMA designation.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is strongly desired along with English.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in life insurance operations, preferably in the high-net-worth market.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry designations (LOMA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Case setup and New Business processing: read emails and broker memos, input data into systems, index documents, prepare cases for underwriting review.
• Client Due Diligence: perform name screening and discounting per AML/CFT guidelines and coordinate with Compliance.
